Sage Intacct releases updates to its applications each quarter. Although these automatic updates require no action on your part, they do include new features and product enhancements to help heighten your Sage Intacct user experience. In this article, we will cover how to access Sage Intacct release notes to help keep your system running smoothly, as well as ways to drive deeper engagement from the platform.

To access release notes, navigate to the Sage Intacct homepage. If you’re logged in as a customer, release notes can be found near the top left corner of the page. Click on “Read the release notes” to discover the full list of updates.

Early Adopter Programs

Are you interested in shaping new features and providing feedback to Sage Intacct? If so, consider joining an early adopter program. Increasingly, Sage Intacct product managers are releasing new features through early adopter programs. As a participant, you’ll help test and enhance functionality before it is widely released.

When you review the release notes for various applications, you may see references to early adopter programs starting, continuing, or coming soon. For example, there are programs for “Automated transaction matching for Purchasing workflows” and “Work in progress (WIP) management in Construction.”

Click on the release notes topic to learn more about the program. There may be an application form to fill in and submit within the release notes browser page, or the article may include instructions to contact your Sage Intacct Partner or Account Manager for program inquiries. Please send a message to your Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant or to [email protected] if you are interested in joining an early adopter program and would like more information.

Please note that Sage Intacct Product Managers accept new customers into programs at different times. Based on the level of interest and how long the program has been in place, the acceptance window may close as the feature reaches an upcoming release date and becomes generally available.
