About

Bobby is a managing director and the U.S. RegCenter Leader at Forvis Mazars. A former regulator, Bobby retired from government service after serving more than 30 collective years at the FDIC, where as deputy director of the division of risk management supervision, he led international and domestic policy development for regulatory capital, capital markets, and accounting. Bobby represented the FDIC in a variety of international regulatory forums, including serving as the agency’s representative to the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. He also is an experienced bank practitioner and, as a consultant, has provided strategic advice on a variety of capital market, regulatory, and governance issues to the world’s largest banking organizations.
