Forvis Mazars will continue to bolster its construction industry practice through an asset acquisition of ConTech360, a leading provider of construction technology services based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The strategic acquisition will further solidify the firm’s commitment to innovation and tailored client service in the construction technology sector. ConTech360’s two managing partners, Jim Wagner and Steve Maddox, will join Forvis Mazars as managing directors. The deal is expected to close in the fall.
