The first-ever Best-In-State CPAs list was published this week by Forbes, recognizing hundreds of CPAs across America for their professionalism, integrity, and dedication to client service. Fifty-nine professionals from Forvis Mazars have been named among the top CPAs in their states by Forbes.
The honorees from Forvis Mazars, one of the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the United States, hail from 16 states and serve clients of many sizes across a wide variety of sectors. Many of the honorees lead industry practices for the firm at a national level, while others specialize in complex tax, audit, or consulting work to meet clients’ needs. Ten are managing partners who lead a Forvis Mazars practice unit in cities throughout the country.
Six leaders from the 59 honorees were previously named to Forbes’ inaugural list of America’s Top 200 CPAs in 2024.
Forvis Mazars is proud to have more professionals recognized on the list than any other CPA firm in the country.
“It’s a tremendous honor to see so many of our firm’s leaders recognized by Forbes editors for their contributions to the profession, and their commitment to providing an Unmatched Client Experience® to their clients and serving their local communities,” said CEO Tom Watson. “At Forvis Mazars, our commitment to stewardship and long-lasting success has fostered a remarkable culture of servant leadership. The individuals recognized by Forbes embody this mindset, and I am confident in their dedication to advancing our success and empowering the next generation of leaders.”
