Will performs valuation services related to corporate planning, transaction consulting, shareholder disputes, family law, tax reporting, financial reporting, healthcare regulatory compliance, employee stock ownership plans, and other advisory purposes. He has significant experience serving clients in the dealerships and healthcare industries along with broad experience in additional industries.
He holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations. He currently serves as the president of the Alabama chapter of the American Society of Appraisers. Will is a member of the CFA Institute.
Will is a graduate of Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with a B.S. degree in finance.
