CHC Leadership Workshop: Scorekeeper to Strategist-July

July 10–11, 2025 Register Now

Do you have what it takes to move from a task-driven scorekeeper to a forward-thinking strategist for your community health center (CHC)? As health center finance moves upstream and increases in complexity, it’s crucial for organizations to adapt to achieve peak performance. Join us as we team up with the Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC) to bring you two options for this CPE-eligible training where we will dive into the changing role of leadership in today's CHCs. This session is designed for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other leadership roles with CHCs.

Register for option one on July 10-11 in Austin, Texas here, which features a session on value-based care contracting.

Or, take a look at option two in December in Houston, Texas here, featuring a session on 340B and pharmacy optimization.
