banner background

Join us for an informative webinar and explore best practices in strategic academic planning. Unlike a more standard “program review,” strategic academic planning is an ongoing process that consistently evaluates each program’s past, present, and potential future contributions to an institution. We’ll also discuss a road map for higher education leaders interested in developing a lasting process that utilizes their institutional data and staff to create and maintain a robust academic portfolio.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Describe recent trends in program review and its challenges.
  • Define the relationship between institutional strategy and the academic portfolio.
  • Identify the people, processes, and data required to develop a sustainable academic planning process.
