Mandatory bundles are coming! On August 1, CMS issued its final rule for the Transforming Episode Accountability Model (TEAM), including the geographies selected for participation. Approximately 25% of IPPS hospitals have been selected based on their locations. They will need to prepare for implementation of the model for certain 30-day episodes of care starting January 2026, along with the associated risk. This webinar will delve into the details of TEAM and outline how selected health systems should prepare operationally, clinically, and financially.
